On the southeast outskirts of Slocan City, Springer Creek Campground gives access to a nice waterfall and a network of easy trails.

Drive: Highway 6 to Slocan City. Turn onto Giffin Road, the main road into the village. Turn right immediately into Springer Creek Campground and park at the day use area.
Trail: Look at the campground trail map to orient you. From the Lower Campground outhouse, a trail heads to Springer Creek and a lovely waterfall with a bridge over it. A network of used and unused trails extends from the end of the bridge. A trail to the left leads into Slocan City at Arlington Avenue. To the right is bounded by Highway 6 and the creek.
