RIALTO CREEK

Part of a large mountain bike trail network, follow the climb trail on great hiking grades along a pretty creek. Use the Trailforks app.

Difficulty: Easy A1
Distance: 1.3 km to 2nd waterfall. 2.3 km to Rialto Road one way
Elevation: +181 m to road
Season: mid-March to late November

Drive
0.0 km. North end Castlegar-Robson Bridge. Head west on Broadwater Road
7.8 km. Park at the  Arrow Lakes Generating Station lot.

Trail. Walk back 100 m along Broadwater Road, cross the road and continue for 200 m to the main trail below power lines. Pass through a great boulder field actively used by climbers.
.5 km. Cross creek.
0.8 km. Viewpoint
1 km. First waterfall. Boardwalk.
1.3 km. Second waterfall. Bridge.
2.3 km. Rialto Road. If desired, continue on the mountain bike network with 40 km of trails. Use the Trailforks app.
