An 8 km riverside trail following the Kootenay River from Glade north to Rover Creek Road across the river from South Slocan.

Drive: Access from Glade: Head North on Hwy 3A towards Nelson. Turn right after lumber yard at Glade Ferry sign. Cross the Kootenay River on the Glade Ferry. Take the first left on Glade Road. When this road turns to gravel (1.7km), keep to your left and continue on for 0.5km
Access from South Slocan: Head east on Hwy 3A towards Nelson. Exit right on Blewett Road just passed S. Slocan Village Road on the left. Travel on Blewett Road for 3.6km crossing the Kootenay River. Turn right on Rover Creek Forest Service Road just after the canal bridge. Follow for 1.5km and park by the clearing on the right, this is the trailhead.
Trail: Most of this trail follows the shore of the Kootenay River, there are many opportunities to stop and watch Mother Nature at work. There are some challenging sections so wear good shoes.
Dog and bike friendly. Facilities none.
